Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia are taking part in the VII Global Forum of Young Diplomats “Diplomacy in the Era of a Multipolar World”, which is taking place as part of the World Youth Festival on the federal territory “Sirius”.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia, the event has included working sessions on a range of issues on the global agenda and meetings with the leadership of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“During a special session of the large discussion program of MGIMO, combined with the VII Global Forum of Young Diplomats, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov, Rector of MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Anatoly Torkunov, Executive Director of the Gorchakov Foundation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia Leonid Drachevsky and First Deputy Director General TASS Mikhail Gusman discussed with young people the role of Russia in the formation of a multipolar world,” the statement of the Foreign Ministry reads.
It should be reminded that a large delegation of 130 people from South Ossetia is participating in the World Youth Festival in Sochi.
