A memorial event dedicated to the memory of the Beslan tragedy victims will be held in Tskhinvali on September 3.

The event, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of South Ossetia, will bring together high school students, teachers and representatives of the public of the republic.

As reported to IA " Res" by Zamira Budzhieva, a representative of the Ministry of Education, the memorial rally will take place on Cathedral Square at 13:00.

A meeting of rector Vadim Tedeev with the representative of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic in Italy Mauro Murgia and President of the Association "Veneto - Russia" Palmarino Zocatelli was held at the South Ossetian State University, the press service of the University reports.

The South Ossetian delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev, took part in the farewell ceremony for the Republic's Ambassador to Abkhazia Oleg Botsiev, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
