Russia is the only country that is 100% self-sufficient": Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev

There is only one country in the world that can be one hundred percent self-sufficient - the Russian Federation with its resources. Professor, Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev stated this during the Moscow-Tskhinval video bridge.

“If Georgia signs a non-aggression agreement against South Ossetia and recognizes its statehood, we will be able to open roads to the South Caucasus. And then we ourselves will be able to provide help to whoever needs it. However, today we need economic and military assistance,” Tedeev said.

South Ossetia took part in the round table dedicated to cooperation between Abkhazia and Transnistria

Ambassador of South Ossetia to Abkhazia Oleg Botsiev took part in the round table dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the signing of Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between Abkhazia and Transnistria, the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia reports.

Merab Zasseev, Director of the National Museum of South Ossetia, expressed his support and sympathy to his Abkhaz colleagues in connection with the fire at the National Art Gallery.

“We have received the news of the fire in the National Art Gallery of the Republic of Abkhazia, which destroyed priceless exhibits, with a feeling of great regret.
