The heads of Bank of Alania and VEB.RF discussed prospects for strengthening investment cooperation

A meeting between Soslan Bekoev, Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Daniil Algulyan, Deputy Chairman of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF, took place in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by Yuri Averyanov, Advisor to Chairman of VEB.RF, Oleg Demidov, Managing Director, and Taimuraz Goginov, Trade Representative of South Ossetia in Russia.

The South Ossetian State University and the Mashuk signed the cooperation agreement

The Alexander Tibilov South Ossetian State University and the Mashuk Knowledge Center signed a cooperation agreement.

The agreement was signed by Vadim Tedeev, Rector of the South Ossetian State University, and Anton Serikov, General Director of the Mashuk Knowledge Center, Deputy General Director of the Russian Society "Knowledge."

The signing took place at the Mashuk platform.

The parties agreed to develop long-term and effective cooperation aimed at achieving priority objectives and developing mechanisms to ensure the implementation of youth policy.

South Ossetian Foreign Minister: Russia views the Republic as the independent state

The Russian Federation currently views South Ossetia as the independent state. This was stated by the head of the Republic's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Akhsar Dzhioev, at the final press conference held at the Information and Press Committee, responding to the journalists' questions about the possibility of South Ossetia joining Russia.

"I would urge realism here; this is a bilateral process," Dzhioev has emphasized.

The Minister has noted that Russia's position on this issue has been repeatedly reaffirmed.

South Ossetia and Russia signed 14 bilateral documents this year, bringing the total number of agreements to over 140 - Akhsar Dzhioev

South Ossetia and the Russian Federation continue to actively develop bilateral relations. This was announced by the South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev at the final press conference.

According to him, the parties have signed approximately 14 new documents this year, with another 12 in preparation.

"Interaction with Russia covers virtually all areas. To date, the number of our bilateral documents has already exceeded 140. The work continues," Dzhioev has emphasized.
