This was stated in the statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry following the 65th round of the International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia.

A meeting between the South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev and State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Sergey Glazyev took place in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry.
