Georgian doctor detained in South Ossetia crosses border for personal purposes, the MP says
The Georgian doctor Vazha Gaprindashvili, who was detained in South Ossetia for violating the border, crossed the border for personal purposes, not for treating the patient, at the time of his arrest he was drunk and behaved aggressively, told Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of South Ossetia Alexander Pliev to RIA Novosti.
