November 15 - 22 the Border Service of KGB of South Ossetia was considering the cases against four people. Three citizens of Georgia and a citizen of the RSO were detained on November 21 for violation of the state border.
"The case of a citizen of South Ossetia in the near future will be considered in court. Residents of the Georgian village of Tseronisi in Kareli district Alexi Arsenadze and Georgi Tedeshvili were fined 2000 rubles," - said the KGB press-service official.
Currently is being considered the issue of their expulsion from the territory of South Ossetia.
Another citizen of Georgia is under investigation.
According to the press service of the Russian Border Control agency in South Ossetia, November11 - 22, the border guards detained four violators of the state border and 1 violator of the border regime near the villages of Balta, Dzvilet and Artsev.
After drawing up protocols on administrative violations, the detainees were handed over to the Border Service of the KGB of the Republic of South Ossetia.
In addition, during this period were discovered two caches of weapons and ammunition near the villages of Balta and Mugut. The KGB operatives of South Ossetia removed one carbine with cartridges and a heavy caliber machine gun "Utes."
