At a meeting of the IGC will be discussed the issue of providing Russian financial aid to South Ossetia

March 24, in Tskhinval will be held a regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on socio-economic cooperation between South Ossetia and Russia. The meeting will be co-chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic Domenti Kulumbegov and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin.

As reported to IA "Res" by the press service of the President and the government of the Republic, it is planned to consider the question of providing Russian financial assistance to South Ossetia for its socio-economic development in 2015.

The meeting participants will also discuss the results of the implementation of the Investment Program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in the previous three years, as well as the progress of implementation of the investment program for 2015-2017.

The agenda has also included questions relating to the execution of decisions taken at the previous 12th meeting of the Commission, held December 12, 2014.

In addition, it is planned to consider the proposals on the list of facilities to be restored, in order to complete the reconstruction activities of private residential houses damaged during the hostilities in 2008.

During the meeting will also be discussed the issue of attracting qualified professionals to work in the Republic, as well as the progress in making up the schedule of training specialists of executive authorities of South Ossetia.
