Criminal case, expulsion and fines: KGB of South Ossetia on border violators
In January, 13 violators of legislation in the border area were detained at various sections of the state border of South Ossetia (in December — 28), the press service of the KGB of the republic reports.
“Of the 13 detainees, eight were violators of the state border regime, and five were violators of the frontier regime. The border service of the State Security Committee of South Ossetia conducted proceedings on each fact of violation of legal regimes,” the KGB said.
