23 years have passed since the beginning of the Georgian aggression

November 23 – is one of the most important holidays in the Republic of South Ossetia - St. George's Day ("Dzhiuaerguba"). In the Ossetian calendar November is called the "Dzhiuaerguba month." But this day has one more meaning for the Ossetian people. On this day 23 years ago started the Georgian aggression against South Ossetia.

Wrestlers from Tskhinval have been successful at the international tournament

Athletes of the South Ossetian wrestling school became the prize-winners of the Moscow International Tournament in memory of the first wrestling president of the Federation of Children's Sport of Russia, Honored Coach of Russia Nusuev Chevalier. This has been declared IA "Res" by the coach of the Republican children's youth wrestling school Tamerlan Kochiev.

CEC is preparing for the second round of presidential elections

November 27 a second round for presidential election will be held in the Republic of South Ossetia. As reported to IA "Res" by the Central Election Committee Chairman Bella Plieva, the number of territorial and divisional election committees in each district and in the town will be the same as in the first round.
