On March 18, multinational NATO-Georgia Exercise 2019 command and staff exercises began in Georgia, in which are taking part about 350 soldiers from 24 NATO member countries and partners, including the United States. The NATO-Georgia Exercise 2019 exercise will be the second multinational exercise in Georgia to be held as part of the country's cooperation package with NATO, adopted at the 2014 Wales summit.
