The head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, at a solemn meeting dedicated to the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Republic, awarded the first degree medal "For Merits" to the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov.
The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, conferred the highest state award, the Order of the Republic, the President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, and awarded the Order of Friendship to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of South Ossetia, Olesya Kochieva.
