The Central Committee of the RPP "United Ossetia" has formed the agenda of the upcoming VIII Congress of the party, which will nominate a candidate for the presidency of the Republic of South Ossetia, the press service of the party reported.
"The agenda of the meeting of the Central Committee of the party, which took place on February 6, included five questions: on the convening of the VIII Congress and the nomination of a candidate from the RPP "United Ossetia" for the post of President of the Republic of South Ossetia, on the approval of the place and date of the VIII Congress of the RPP "United Ossetia", on the candidate for the post of President of the Republic of South Ossetia, on the norm of representation of delegates from the regional branches of the party and on the signing of a cooperation agreement between the RPP "United Ossetia" and the All-Russian political party "United Russia", - stated in the message published on the official website of the party.
As noted by the Chairman of the United Ossetia party Alan Tadtaev, the main issue on the agenda of the party congress will be the nomination of a candidate for the presidency of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Ilyich Bibilov.
The congress of RPP "United Ossetia" is scheduled for February 8 at 12:00 at the State Cinema and Concert Hall "Chermen".
