The delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Donetsk People's Republic, which arrived in Tskhinval, discussed with the South Ossetian colleagues plans for further cooperation. According to the press service of the emergency department of the Republic of South Ossetia, the meeting discussed the provision on the creation of a joint commission to implement the signed intergovernmental agreement between the Emergencies Ministry of the two republics "On cooperation in the field of emergency prevention and response."

In his opinion, the conflict in the Donbas could have been completed earlier by joint efforts.

Anatoly Bibilov greeted Leonid Pasechnik as the elected head of state, noting that the struggle of the people of the LPR was tense and, despite the difficulties, the people held out against the enemy.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has issued a decision that it will not consider the claims of residents of the Republic of South Ossetia to Georgia on the events of August 2008.

According to the South Ossetian expert Yuri Vazagov, this decision of the Strasbourg Court was predictable, since the political commitment and bias of the western judicial instances has long been known.

Vazagov drew attention to the activities of another body - The Hague Court, which also repeatedly demonstrated its bias and double standards in its work.

The activities of the "Research Center of Public Health, named after R. Consultations are under way on the opening of the South Ossetian embassy in Damascus and the Syrian diplomatic mission in Tskhinval, Foreign Minister Dmitry Medoev told reporters.
