On 25 November at 11.05 in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict by the observation post “Avnevi” was registered flight of MI-8 helicopter. The helicopter was flying from south-east to north-west at 800 meters.
This is a fact of gross violation of the JCC agreements on the resolution of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict dated 30 July 2002 (protocol #24) “On unsanctioned flights of aircrafts above the responsibility zone of the JPKF in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict”.
