Today, 14 October, the 13th round of the Discussions on Security in the Caucasus are starting in Geneva.
The Delegation of South Ossetia intends to once again raise before the participants the issues of security and the missing persons.
South Ossetian delegation is headed by the South Ossetian President's Plenipotentiary for Post-Conflict Settlement Boris Chochiev. At the discussions, South Ossetia is also represented by the Deputy Plenipotentiary for Post-Conflict Settlement Merab Chigoev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Dzhioev, Advisor to the President Konstantin Kochiev and Plenipotentiary for Human Rights David Sanakoev.
