Concerning the statement of the commission NATO-Georgia.
On Friday April 15, 2011the joint statement, in which denominated support of sovereignty and territorial wholeness of Georgia, as well as the necessity of the international monitoring of the situation on its territory, "including South Ossetia and Abkhazia", was accepted at the meeting of the commission NATO- Georgia in Berlin. In the statement the Ministers of the countries-members of NATO - actually falsify the real facts and create their "own reality". But they could issue from the objective reality. This is not only the evidence of lack of the information about the situation, but that they have not learned a lesson from the aggression of Georgia against South Ossetia in August 2008. Now it is important not to repeat the way, which has been passed earlier when rash support of the ambitions of the Georgian leadership by the countries- members of the Alliance- came to the tragedy in 2008. The Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia again declares that South Ossetia has no any relations to the territory of Georgia. More than 20 years South Ossetia is an independent Republic, and since 2008 – a recognized state. This is an objective reality and it’s impossible to contest it and first or last one could have to acknowledge it. What about the cynical accusations of Russia in "occupation", it was Russia who put an end to the military invasion of Georgia in South Ossetia and rescued tens of thousands of humans from death, and the Russian troops are on the territory of South Ossetia according to the bilateral agreements. The Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia appeals to the NATO countries, that supporting the territorial claims of the Georgian leadership, they do not promote peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
