According to the Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs Vasily Nicolenko, the company is representing a single software solution that includes medical information system, PACS-system - storage, transmission of medical images and telemedicine.
Nicolenko spoke about the unique products for telemedicine consultations, developed by the leader in the field of remote presence InTouch Health.
"We represent the remote-presence hardware, allowing through video communication to examine patients at a distance, as well as medical consultation, - said Nicolenko. - This practice is a little different from the one that prevailed in Russia and in the CIS countries. - In particular, telemedicine, we represent - is direct communication- "doctor-patient." That is, the so-called, controlling station of the doctor – consultant, through which he via the Internet will be able to assist a patient at a distance. "
The chief engineer of «Delante» Medical Device Nicholay Tulinin presented PACS-system, including the storage, transmission of medical images.
"One of the units of the medical system is a system of storing medical images (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine), which may be stored and linked to an electronic card of the patient, - said Tulinin. - The unit makes it possible not only keeping these images in electronic form, but later additionally watch them at common work stations."
Consultant of the medical information system company «Delante» Alexander Tsepov has also told about the capabilities of medical information system.
"This medical information system combines the ability to access information anywhere, - said Tsepov. - That is, via the communication channel it will be possible to connect to the common database of medical institutions, to the database processing center, to any electronic device. "
In turn, Advisor to the President of South Ossetia Rodion Siukaev has said that it is planned to build surgical building in Tskhinval, which will also include a telemedicine room.
