The Cabinet of Ministers of South Ossetia on Friday extended restrictive measures in the Republic until May 31. All public places remain closed, except for food and non-food stores, beauty salons and workshops.
The ban remains on holding cultural events, it is recommended to postpone weddings. The border of South Ossetia with the Russian Federation was completely closed from May 10 to 17, and restrictions on movement through the state border were imposed until May 31.
The first three cases of infection in the Republic were recorded on May 6.
