A regular videoconference of the members of the South Ossetian delegation at the Geneva International Discussions on Security in Transcaucasia with the co-chairs and co-moderators of the discussions - representatives of the UN, OSCE and the European Union took place on Wednesday.
As reported to IA "Res" by the office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Republic, during the videoconference they discussed the impact of the situation with the coronavirus on the development of the Geneva process on security in Transcaucasia.
"The participants spoke in favor of continuing communication in the Geneva format, taking into account the possibilities existing in the current conditions," the press service noted.
In this regard, was commended the resumption of meetings within the framework of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM), the last of which took place on 30 July and the date for the next.
