By the decree of the head of the LPR, President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov was nominated for the highest award of the Lugansk People's Republic - the badge "For Diligence" of the 1st degree. Alexey Karjakin presented the award to the head of state from Leonid Pasechnik.
On behalf of the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik, a delegation led by the Сhairman of the LPR Public Chamber Alexei Karjakin visited the Republic last week.
Anatoly Bibilov thanked the head of the LPR for the high assessment of his activities and respect for the South Ossetian people.
Representatives of the LPR delegation laid flowers at the Memorial Cemetery for the Victims of the War of 1989-1992 and 2008, visited the Memorial Museum of Burnt Souls, a monument to the intelligence officers, perished in 2008, and honored the memory of the victims of the Beslan tragedy.
