The career school for young Russian compatriots contributed to the establishment of ties, the strengthening of friendly relations between young people from different countries and the exchange of experience, Alana Bikoeva, a forum participant from South Ossetia, told IA Res.

The forum was being held in the capital of Belarus - Minsk on December 2-6.

“Before going to the Forum, we were sent links to take a test, the results of which were used to select master classes that were most suitable and useful for us. I really liked this approach; thanks to this the lectures were very productive. Leading experts told us about the secrets of building a successful career, creating a personal brand, creative thinking, promotion in social networks,” Bikoeva said.

All the work, according to her, was carried out in teams, the composition of which changed periodically, so "we were able to make friends with many guys from different countries."

"In addition to the master classes, we had an interesting cultural program. We visited the Moscow House in Minsk, as well as the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus, where we visited the Anna Karenina ballet. We were given a tour of Minsk, after which a reception was held, at which we handed diplomas to the forum participants," Bikoeva added.

She expressed her gratitude to the organizers of the event, the Russian Embassy in South Ossetia and the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in the Republic.

In addition to South Ossetia, the Career School was attended by 75 young Russian compatriots from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia and other countries.
