The “High-mountain Kel Brewery” in South Ossetia is in the final stage of producing a new type of beer, Taimuraz Goginov, the trade representative of South Ossetia in Russia, told IA “Res ”.
Goginov has emphasized that the brewery plans to produce light ale.
“We have already sent samples of the new beer to Moscow and are waiting for the tasters’ assessment. Perhaps they will have some complaints, perhaps not. We have been brewing and testing new types of beer for several months, looking at how it will behave itself after transportation. To ensure that beer is in demand and meets customer demand is the work of the entire focus group,” Goginov said.
He has emphasized that as soon as they receive a positive assessment of the samples, the plant will immediately start producing a new line of beer.
