A rally was held in the capital of South Ossetia in honor of the 34th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.

On Tuesday, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delivered humanitarian aid to the correctional colony and a pre-trial detention facility in Tskhinval.

“It has been delivered individual hygiene products (60 bags), towels (50), mattresses (50), pillows (50), bedding sets (50), blankets (50), washing powder (160 kg), liquid detergent, as well as sets of clothes and shoes (for 10 people),” Tedety said.
