The EU decision on non-recognition of Russian passports issued in South Ossetia is regarded in the Republic as a gross violation of generally recognized norms, aimed, among other things, at serving the interests of Georgia in its policy of isolating South Ossetia. This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.

The EU Council has finally approved the decision on the non-recognition of Russian passports issued in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

The State Duma is hosting the III International Conference "The role of interaction between factions of political parties and blocs in inter-parliamentary cooperation of the CIS countries" with the participation of the delegation of the Parliament of South Ossetia, headed by Speaker Alan Alborov.

Among its participants are also representatives of factions and blocs of Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Transnistria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, leaders and deputies of all factions of the State Duma.

Investments in South Ossetian enterprises exceeded 100 million rubles; in the near future, highly competitive products from South Ossetia will be supplied to the Russian markets. Taimuraz Goginov, a trade representative of South Ossetia in Russia, announced this at the press conference in Tskhinval.

Positive dynamics of trade turnover

Goginov has stressed that, in general, the economic policy of South Ossetia shows growth dynamics.

The delegation of the Parliament of South Ossetia, headed by Speaker Alan Alborov, will take part in the III International Conference "The role of interaction between factions of political parties and blocs in inter-parliamentary cooperation of the CIS countries", the press service of the legislative body reports.

The conference will be held on December 14 in Moscow, in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The South Ossetian delegation has included representatives of all factions.

The collection of humanitarian aid began on Monday.

A delegation of the Ministry of Justice of South Ossetia, headed by Minister Oleg Gagloev, will pay a working visit to the Russian capital, the press service of the Ministry reports.
