Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Russian Federation Bashar Jaafari discussed the development of interaction and cooperation between Tskhinval and Damascus at various levels. This was reported by the press service of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry.
The press service has noted that Dzhioev’s meeting with Jaafari took place in Moscow on Wednesday.
Particular attention was paid to the state of affairs in and around Syria in the context of the sharply aggravated situation in the Middle East, the Foreign Ministry has clarified.
