"Mothers of Beslan" organized a fundraiser for the Ossetian communities in Turkey and Syria, who are actively helping the victims of the devastating earthquake. The possibility of providing additional assistance to the victims, especially children, is also being discussed.

The money is being sent to the representative of the Ossetian Diaspora in Turkey, Dzerassa Tabolova. It transfers all received funds to the leadership of the Diaspora. The Diaspora organizes the purchase of everything that the victims need.

“We cannot stay away from what is happening and organized a fundraiser for the Ossetian communities of Turkey and Syria, who from the first hours are taking an active part in organizing assistance to the victims,” the organization says in its appeal to the residents of North and South Ossetia.

According to the Committee, thousands of caring representatives of the Ossetian people have already responded to the call for help. Additional assistance to the victims, primarily children, is being discussed “We are praying for the repose of the souls of the deceased and thank all believers for mentioning the names of the deceased in their prayers. We appeal to the religious associations of Ossetia-Alania with a request to pray for the victims of the tragedy during in divine services, in accordance with their traditions,” the committee added.

The scale of the tragedy is such that no, even the most minimal assistance, will be superfluous," the text of the committee's appeal reads.
