A delegation of the Parliament of South Ossetia laid flowers at the Memorial to those perished in the 1992-1993 Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia in the Park of Glory in Sukhum, the press service of the legislative body reports.
Representatives of the Parliament are in Abkhazia for international monitoring of the early presidential elections.
The delegation has included: Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-parliamentary Relations Zaza Driaev, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Industry, Construction, Transport, Communications and Natural Resources Ivan Slanov and Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation, Legality and Local Self-Government Alan Gagloev.
