As IA "Res" has been informed by the presidential administration of South Ossetia, the meeting will be held in Sochi on May 12 within the framework of the first working visit of the RSO President Leonid Tibilov to the Russian Federation.

The national team of South Ossetia went to Belarus to participate in the European indoor soccer championship. The South Ossetian Company "Your aviation centre-South Ossetia" has acquired the first aircraft to be used for fire safety and rescue operations. As IA "Res" has been informed by the company CEO Georgy Valiev, "we got three-seater-rotary-wing aircraft ''Gyroplane Hunter-3''. It has already been delivered to the Republic. The device will be used to monitor the area for early detection of forest fires, tracking the population of wild animals, and in emergency cases it will be used in rescue operations". He said the company was planning to acquire two more aircrafts.
