Upon the Decree of the President of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity, Ministry of Construction is established in the Republic. Chermen Pavlovich Khugaev, former Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Rehabilitation of South Ossetia, was appointed as the Minister of Construction.
Chermen Khugaev was introduced by the Prime-Minister Vadim Brovtsev during the visiting session of the Government in Znaur distirct of South Ossetia.
