The meeting of the Commission on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between the Parliament of South Ossetia and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the RF will take place in Tskhinval. It has been reported IA "Res" by the vice-speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Yuri Dzitstsoity. "The next meeting of the commission on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between our countries is planned to be conducted in South Ossetia in the second half of September this year", - has reported Dzitstsoity. He has noted that the similar meetings have been conducting between the legislative bodies of Russia and South Ossetia since 2009, after concluding the agreement on inter-Parliamentary cooperation between the South-Ossetian Parliament and the Council of Federation of the RF.
"We send our bills to the Russian Federation, where they are discussed at the relevant committees of the Council of Federation and then they refer their conclusions and commentaries to us", - has said a vice-speaker. Then, according to his words the bills are submitted to the Parliament of the RSO for consideration at the sessions. "At the meetings between our countries we discuss the bills in detail ", - has emphasized Dzitstsoity. We should remind that at the beginning on May 2011 the delegation of the Parliament of the RSO paid an official visit in the Russian Federation, where the South-Ossetian parliamentarians took part in the joint meeting of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the RF. A range of bills, in particular, the Timber code of the RSO, the bill of administrative responsibility for infringements in the field of construction on the territory of the RSO and the bill "About using the mineral resources" has been discussed at the meeting. We should note, that a co-chairman of the Parliamentary commission for the Russian side is Evgeniy Serebryannikov, and for the South-Ossetian side – a vice-speaker of the Parliament of the RSO Yuri Dzitstsoity.
