South Ossetia will take the matter to the international court against the OSCE Mission

The executive personnel of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on postconflict settlement has started gathering materials for taking the matter to the international court against the office of the OSCE Mission in Tskhinval. It has been informed the informational agency "Res» by the Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO on post conflict settlement Boris Chochiev. «We have the facts testifying that during the war in August, 2008 representatives of the OSCE Mission in Tskhinval did not allow even children to find asylum in the bunker of their building», - Chochiev has underlined. As he has said, such inhuman act on the part of the OSCE observers, undoubtedly, deserves condemnation.

«We have started gathering of materials to bring an action against OSCE in the international court», - Chochiev has emphasized. The Plenipotentiary has reminded that on July, 5, 2011 the Appellate court in the Hague found guilty the Netherlands three Bosnian Moslems` death in Srebrenitsa (Bosnia and Herzegovina) in July, 1995.«The Dutch battalion of the United Nations peacemakers in Bosnia and Herzegovina has not provided refuge to three Moslems, as a result of which it has been found guilty of their death.
