Boxer from the RSO has won a preliminary bout in the championship of Russia

An athlete from Tskhinval Richard Bitiev won his first preliminary boxing match in the championship of Russia among young people.
As IA "Res" has been reported by the coach of the athlete Vitaly Slanov, "Bitiev is performing in the heavyweight class. His opponent was an athlete from Ingushetia, who had previously become a winner of the North Caucasus federal district. In the first round our boxer took the lead and knocked him down. Further the advantage of Bitiev was evident throughout the fight, and the bout ended with a score 20: 2 in his favor".

According to the coach, Bitiev will hold his next fight tomorrow, May 21, 2012.
It should be noted that in 2011, Richard Bitiev won the North Caucasus Federal District championship among senior boys, and the bronze medal in the major international tournament held in Shymkent (Kazakhstan). He is being trained in the Tskhinval branch of the boxing club "Ariana" by the honored coach of South Ossetia and Russia Vitaly Slanov and master of sports Alexander Tedeev.
