According to Dzigoeva, families of the missing persons must be assigned a status.
"Families of the missing have no social security, they have no official status, which would allow them to get some kind of social assistance or support," - said the head of the department.
She has noted that in South Ossetia there are about 150 families who have the missing loved ones.
