Preparation for the implementation of the investment program of socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2013 will be discussed in Tskhinval on April 16 at a regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-South Ossetian Commission. This was said by the RSO President Leonid Tibilov at the enlarged meeting of the heads of ministries and agencies of the Republic.

According to him, the agreement was reached during a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin.
The President has said that the meeting discussed preparations for the next meeting of the IGC.
"During the seventh meeting of the IGC will be discussed the implementation of the investment program promoting socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2013, as well as to approve the list of objects which already have construction documents. This year, for implementation of the investment program, Russia intends to allocate more than 4.5 billion rubles," - said Tibilov.
He has added that at the meeting with Khloponin was also discussed the preparation for the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the recognition of the independence of South Ossetia by Russia.
"In addition, we also discussed the funding of the law enforcement agencies concerning, in particular, the acquisition of the necessary hardware," - said the president.
The head of state instructed Prime Minister Rostik Khugaev and Minister of Economic Development Zalina Khugati to prepare thoroughly for the top-level meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission.
The Intergovernmental Commission on Socio-Economic Cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation was established in March 2010.
