Issues of implementation of the Investment Programs to promote socio- economic development of South Ossetia will be discussed at the IGC meeting in Tskhinval

Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC) on socio-economic cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia will be held in Tskhinval on April 18. This was declared by the RSO President Leonid Tibilov at a meeting with the heads of the law enforcement agencies.
"The Russian delegation will be headed by Alexander Khloponin - Deputy Prime Minister - Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, co-chairman of the Russian party of the IGC. The draft agenda is almost confirmed, "- said the president.

According to Tibilov, the South Ossetian party is expecting a lot of important issues to be addressed at the meeting.
He instructed Prime Minister Rostik Khugaev to prepare for the event with the utmost responsibility.
"Preparations for the meeting should be conducted round -the- clock. Each agency should approach the questions responsibly. We are expecting a lot of guests and we must ensure all the conditions for a successful productive work ", - he said.
The President has stressed that the meeting should be held at top level.
At the meeting of the IGC will be discussed the questions of implementation of the Investment Program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2012-2013.
It should be noted that the first-priority issues in the Investment Program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2012-1013 are still recovery of housing, road construction and development in the field of medical services. The meeting will also consider a list of facilities that already have construction documents, underwent an examination by experts, as well as a number of important issues.
