Violator of the state border of South Ossetia was expelled from South Ossetia by a court decision

Since the beginning of this week, the Committee for State Security (KGB) of South Ossetia had five criminal cases against two citizens of Georgia and three Russian citizens detained (on June 26 and July 6) for violation of the state border of South Ossetia.

As IA "Res" was informed at the press service of the KGB of South Ossetia, against one of the detainees had already been delivered judgment.
"A citizen of Georgia Rostom Salamashvili, detained on July 6 for violation of the state border of South Ossetia, was fined five thousand rubles and July 9 officially expelled from the territory of the Republic and handed over to the Georgian authorities", - said the KGB official.
Currently, is almost completed the investigation of the four criminal cases: one – against a citizen of Georgia, and three - against the citizens of Russia. In the near future the criminal cases will be submitted to the court. The KGB official has also reported that in prison has been serving a sentence one Georgian citizen, convicted for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia.
