Natalia Gibner has said that at present, the factory is manufacturing a pilot version of working clothes.
"We are sewing working clothes which can protect from industrial pollution, the clothes for workers, - clarified Gibner. - We have an exacting customer, and we value each client, so the seamstress at the factory should be as professional as the seamstress in St. Petersburg to complete the order qualitatively. We have to supply our customers with production of high quality."
She has stressed that the company can provide the employees with the training courses.
"The most important thing is that people have a desire to work - added Gibner. - It`s not easy to work at the factory, but we have a reliable guarantee of the future. For the workers are created all conditions, their wages will depend on the completion of the plan – on an average - 12,000 rubles. "
The factory workers also expressed their gratitude to the management of the enterprise for creation the new jobs.
"I had been working at the garment factory since 1962, but we never had such conditions. The present management has created the best conditions for a quality job,"- said one of the seamstresses Valentina Butaeva.
