At the state border between South Ossetia and Georgia, in the village of Ergneti was held a regular meeting in the framework of the Mechanisms for Preventing and Responding to Incidents (MPRI).
According to the head of the South Ossetian delegation, Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy of the RSO for post-conflict settlement Khokh Gagloyty, in the course of the meeting were discussed a number of issues, including those relating to the citizens of South Ossetia, kept in Georgian prisons.

"The citizen of South Ossetia, serving a sentence in a Georgian prison, petitioned to be transferred to the South Ossetian prison, with preservation of the term of detention,- said Gagloyty. - In response he received a bulk comment stating that South Ossetia is the occupied territory. We appealed to the Georgian side to consider this matter. "
Members of the Georgian delegation have assured that this issue will be studied in detail.
According to Gagloyty, during the meeting the Georgian side raised the issue of violation of the Georgian airspace by South Ossetia.
"A few weeks ago the Georgian media reported that the helicopter had violated Georgian airspace - Gagloyty said. - However, as in previous times, this position was announced only in the form of oral argument, were presented materials in electronic form, which need to be examined. Photographs confirming these reports have not been submitted. "
Gagloyty has noted that during the meeting studied the statistics of incidents on the state border.
"During this period, nine people were detained, they were released after paying fines," - said Gagloyty.
