President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov in the residence of the Serbian kings "White Palace" in Belgrade held a meeting with the Crown Prince of Serbia Alexander Karageorgievich.
As reported by the press-secretary of the head of state Dina Gassieva, "Anatoly Bibilov told Alexander Karageorgievich about his visit to the Republika Srpska and the agreements reached. He also noted the commonality of the cultures of the Serbian and Ossetian people, told about the history of South Ossetia and the outstanding Ossetian figures of science, culture and sports".
The Crown Prince of Serbia, in turn, was interested in the history of South Ossetia, the political and economic situation in the Republic.
He has noted the importance of communication of the peoples of Serbia and Ossetia, who are close in spirit, faith and culture, as well as Russia's positive role in maintaining stability in many countries of the world. During the conversation were also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation, the possibility of implementing various humanitarian projects, including in the sphere of education and health.
The meeting was attended by the wife of the Crown Prince Katarina, the members of the South Ossetian delegation - the head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of South Ossetia Igor Kozaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RSO Dmitry Medoev, Adviser to the Foreign Minister Gela Valiev.
