The deputy of the South Ossetian Parliament Amiran Dyakonov, commenting on the decision of the Georgian Parliament's Foreign Relations Committee on creating the "Otkhozoriya-Tatunashvili list", in an interview with "Res" news agency, compared it with the well-known "black" list of the former Georgian Interior Minister Merabishvili.
It should be noted that the "list of Otkhozoriya-Tatunashvili", considered in the Georgian parliament, provides for sanctions of various types with respect to the representatives of South Ossetia and Russia.
Dyakonov has stressed that in South Ossetia a criminal case has been instituted against the persons involved in the genocide of the Ossetian people.
"It was established a number of people from among the staff and representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and State Security of Georgia, who for many years carried out terrorist activities in the territory of the Republic of South Ossetia, whose victims were more than 30 people, including children," said the deputy.
Djakonov has added, the Parliament of the Republic of the previous convocation adopted a law providing for measures against individuals involved in the genocide of the Ossetian people in the period of 2004-2008, as well as those responsible for violating the fundamental human rights in South Ossetia.
According to the parliamentarian, Georgia uses Tatunashvili's death to boost another anti-Ossetian bacchanalia in the media.
The MP has reminded that such lists were already made by the Georgian side at the time, including in them representatives of the leadership of South Ossetia, which then the Georgian special services tried to eliminate by organizing terrorist acts.
At the same time, Dyakonov has expressed confidence that such actions in today's conditions are unlikely.
"To date, the border with Georgia is blocked, and it cannot be said that they will be able to carry out any terrorist or other acts in the Republic," concluded Dyakonov.
