The Agreement on the establishment of twinning relations between the administration of the city of Tskhinval and the municipal formation of the city district of Kerch was concluded within the framework of the Fifth Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF). The document was signed by the head of the Kerch municipality Nikolay Gusakov and the mayor of Tskhinval Alan Kochiev.
The ceremony was held in the presence of the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov and the President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov.
Earlier, Aksenov and Bibilov in the framework of the fifth YIEF signed an Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation for 2019-2022.
The Yalta International Economic Forum is an annual business event in the economic sphere held in Crimea. In 2019, the Forum is being held from April 18 to April 20. The organizers expect more than 3 thousand participants from about 100 countries of the world.
