We want to show constancy of implementation of the Investment Program with efficiency on all 100 %
The implementation of the Investment Program to Promote Socio- Economic Development of the Republic for 2019 and the preparation of the Investment Program for 2020-2022 were discussed on Thursday by President Anatoly Bibilov with the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs Igor Koshin, who arrived in South Ossetia on a working visit, the press service of the head of state reports.
The President has noted that in terms of the implementation of the Investment Program for 2019, quite significant progress is observed. He has added that virtually all objects of work are being carried out somewhere ahead, somewhere with a slight lag.
“We have no serious backlogs, the contractors assure that they will not break the deadlines and everything will be ready. For the leadership of South Ossetia, this is very important, because we want to show the constancy of the implementation of the Investment Program with a 100% performance. Then it will be absolutely obvious to ourselves that we can work and that we can implement serious projects,” he said.
Anatoly Bibilov has also stressed that there are major advances in the preparation of the Investment Program for 2020-2022, noting that the work has already begun on the design of objects that will be included in the Investment Program for 2020.
“This will allow us to start implementing the Investment Program for 2020 from January 1. Accordingly, we actually postpone the agreements that we have for the preparation of all projects until March 30, 2020 to January 1. This is a significant achievement,” the President said.
For his part, Igor Koshin emphasized that a great deal of work had been done on many objects of the Investment Program for 2019, adding that dramatic changes were observed throughout the country as a whole.
“The Investment program for 2018 was implemented at almost 100%, which was done for the first time. With those high rates that were then, there is confidence in the timely completion of the construction of all facilities in the current year. And it is abundantly clear that today we are working within the framework of deadlines,” he stressed.
Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus Affairs has also noted that for objective reasons the construction process cannot always go according to plan and the main task is to create all the necessary conditions for contractors in terms of financing, provision of design and estimate documentation and control.
