The heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia and the LPR, Igor Naniev and Igor Kornet, signed an agreement on legal assistance and cooperation.
Ministers noted the importance of the signed agreement for the republics.
"By signing today's agreement, we emphasize our readiness to provide each other with legal assistance and assistance in suppressing organized crime and strengthening public order in our republics," said Igor Naniev.
Igor Kornet also expressed confidence in the fruitful development of cooperation between the two departments.
"Today, a huge step has been taken in the development of interaction between our young states, we will strengthen our ties and strike a blow at organized crime," he stressed.
