From February 10 to 14, in Moscow, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the 27th Prodexpo international food exhibition will be held, in which South Ossetia will also participate, the press service of the government reports.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development Gennady Bekoev, domestic wine and water will be presented at the exhibition.
The Prodexpo platform, where products from all over the world will be exhibited, is a great opportunity to show our wine line, in particular, the products of the Ironsan winery and Bagiata mineral water, expand the circle of potential customers and sales geography, and negotiate directly with buyers from wholesale companies, large retail chains. Our products are quite competitive and can compete with the best brands, and I’m sure, they will arouse interest,” said the Deputy Prime Minister.
Prodexpo is the largest international exhibition of food and drinks in Russia and Eastern Europe, which presents food from around the world: from basic foods and drinks for every day to gourmet delicacies, as well as organic, sports nutrition, for a healthy lifestyle, halal, kosher, exotic foods.
This is the largest Russian exposition of alcoholic drinks and wines from more than 30 countries.
It is to Prodexpo that manufacturers coincide with the launch of new products, trademarks, and brands. Annually, the exhibition presents up to 14% of new products.
At Prodexpo, food and beverage suppliers and manufacturers meet to discuss terms of cooperation and conclude contracts with wholesalers, retail chains, retail stores, cafes, and bars.
Among the main areas of supply are Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, Turkey, Thailand, Latin America, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and others.
This year, over 2,600 exhibitors from 70 countries are expected to attend the exhibition.
