102 tests conducted over the past day in South Ossetia revealed 34 new cases of coronavirus infection, Deputy Head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee Anna Gagloeva told IA "Res" on Thursday.
"The number of cases in the Republic since mid-September has reached 2206. Another 44 people have been removed from the medical register with a negative COVID-19 test, a total of 1377 people have recovered," Gagloeva said. "829 people remain under medical supervision."
During the pandemic, 12794 studies were conducted in the PCR laboratory of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee.
Until January 15, the ban on the work of secondary, vocational and higher educational institutions was extended, except for rural small schools, a mask regime is in effect, it is necessary to observe social distance in public places.
