The first agreement between the two universities was signed in 2013 and the term of its activities expired. According to Rector of the NCFU, Dmitry Bespalov, one should move forward and confident that the cooperation of our universities has a great future.
"Our universities began to strengthen cooperation in the distant 2013, and it all started with the participation of the NCFU in the field of modernization of education in South Ossetia, and a little later the teams of two structural units of our universities - legal and historical together worked for participation in the international competition of scientific projects», - told Rector of the NCFU.
In his speech, he also touched upon the current cooperation between the two higher educational institutions, the participation of universities in joint projects.

Rector of the NCFU also called the creation of the first joint international research laboratory on jurisprudence "Legal mechanisms for ensuring law and order in the Caucasus" an important issue that concerns the Big Caucasus as a whole.
