President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov met on Monday with a delegation of science fiction writers from the Donetsk People's Republic, who arrived in South Ossetia in the framework of cooperation and development of relations in the field of culture. The delegation from Donetsk is headed by the Chairman of the DPR Public Chamber Alexander Kofman, the press service of the head of state reports.
Anatoly Bibilov greeted the guests and wished them to spend their time in South Ossetia interesting and eventful.
“I am glad to welcome you to South Ossetia. I am sure that each of you here will find something interesting for yourself and your creativity. A large and rich program is waiting for you. I hope it will inspire you in the future to create new interesting works,” the head of state said.
The head of the delegation Alexander Kofman, in turn, noted that the visit to South Ossetia took place within the framework of cooperation between the republics. Alexander Kofman said that for two years in a row, after the science fiction festival in Donetsk, the collection “Live, Donbass!” is being published.
“Now we plan to publish the collection “Live, Ossetia!” based on the results of our visit to South Ossetia. - he noted.
During the meeting, the writers also shared their impressions of their stay in South Ossetia, calling our country a warm and bright place with friendly people.
At the end of the meeting, the writers presented books and collections of stories to the President.
