The working group will create a boundary map
A meeting of the State Commission on Delimitation and Demarcation of the State Border of the Republic with Georgia was held in the Parliament of South Ossetia. According to the press service of the legislative body, the meeting participants discussed two issues, including the creation of regulations on the work of the commission.
According to the head of the Commission Harry Muldarov, the regulation has already been sent to the head of state.
"At the meeting, the Commission prepared a regulation on the State Commission for the Delimitation and Demarcation of the state border of the RSO with Georgia. Today, it was sent to the President of the Republic, " Muldarov said.
According to him, in addition, a working group was chosen at the meeting, which will soon be engaged in creating a map of the borders. The map, he noted, will be made according to the decree of 1922.
Muldarov has stressed that as soon as the President approves the provision sent to him, the Commission will begin working.
