As part of the training of reservists of the first Tkurchal regiment, large-scale command-staff mobilization exercises of the Armed Forces were held at the Tsabal combined-arms training ground.
According to the Defense Ministry of Abkhazia, along with the Abkhaz military, Russian and South Ossetian military personnel took part in them.
The episodes of the exercises were being observed by the Defense Minister of Abkhazia, Colonel-General Vladimir Anua, Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Defense Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Viktor Fedorov, Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of Russia, South Ossetia and Transnistria Alexey Dvinyanin, Oleg Botsiev and Harry Kupalba, Head of the Border Detachment of the Service state security of Abkhazia, Colonel Rustam Latipov.
